ಚಂದನ ನಾಮಪದ
ಅರ್ಥ : ಚಂದನದ ಕೊರಡನ್ನು ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿ ತೇಯುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಥವ ಅರೆಯುವುದರಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಗಂಧವನ್ನು ಹಣೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಲಕ ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಇಡಲು ಬಳಸುತ್ತಾರೆ
ಉದಾಹರಣೆ :
ಹಣೆಗೆ ಚಂದನವನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ ತಲೆಯ ನೋವು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
